A PURPOSE LIFE
Empower your people to flourish with financial confidence and clarity, driving productivity and wellness across your organisation.
Financial stress is an invisible burden that follows your team into the office. It quietly erodes focus, drains creative energy, and undermines organisational health without ever appearing on a balance sheet.
Financial wellness is no longer simply an employee perk; it is a strategic business imperative. When individuals feel secure in their financial future, productivity rises, absenteeism falls, and loyalty to the organisation deepens.
Marcia Armstrong is internationally trained, but she does not teach from a borrowed script. She takes global best practice in financial literacy and behavioural finance and grounds it in Barbadian and Caribbean life: real incomes, real cost of living pressures, and the money realities your team actually faces.
Her work is shaped by stewardship principles and a conviction that financial confidence is built on values, not just numbers. Corporate sessions stay practical and inclusive, and every team member is welcome regardless of belief.

We brought Marcia in to work with our 2026 intern cohort, partly as orientation and partly to give them a grounding in personal financial discipline before they start earning. She handled a small, mixed group well: our interns are on very different tracks, one in trust and corporate administration and one in marketing, and she found a way to make the material land for both. They came out of it engaged rather than lectured at, and both asked when they could speak with her again. For a firm that takes its onboarding seriously, that is the outcome you are looking for.
Marcia and I trade thoughts often, and I have come to rely on her read. What sets her apart is that she works at the level most people actually live at. I spend my days on trusts, cross border structures and institutional capital, and none of that helps a household AXB-APL-2026-WEB-01 · Prepared 21 August 2026 · Page 10 or a small business owner who has never been shown how their own money behaves. Marcia does that work, and she does it without condescension, which is rarer than it should be. I have not been a client. I have simply found her counsel consistently sound, and I say so as someone who is paid to be sceptical of advice
