Strategic Series
A quarterly financial wellness programme that embeds money confidence into your workplace culture, with structured sessions, measurable engagement, and the data to prove the impact across your organisation.
A single session can open your team's eyes. But awareness fades. Without reinforcement and measurement, the same money stress creeps back, and it keeps showing up at work as distraction, absenteeism, and low morale.
Lasting change needs structure over time. It needs sessions that build on each other, follow-through that holds people accountable, and a way to actually measure whether things are improving.
This programme is built for organisations that are done with one-off talks and ready to make financial wellness part of how their workplace works. It reinforces good habits quarter after quarter, and it gives you the data to see the difference.
Training is not an expense. It is a strategic investment in your people and your performance.
Delivered as 4 sessions across the year, each one building on the last.
Budgeting and Lifestyle Alignment. Building a budgeting system that fits real income and real life.
Debt Strategy and Credit Behaviour. Practical strategies to reduce debt and improve credit habits.
Savings and Sinking Fund Systems. Setting up savings and sinking funds that protect against life's surprises.
Retirement and Long-Term Planning. Planning for lasting stability, including retirement readiness.
Marcia Armstrong does not deliver a North American training script. She delivers practical financial education built for Barbadian and Caribbean life: real incomes, real cost-of-living pressures, and the money realities your team actually faces.
Her style is warm, clear, and judgement-free. She builds genuine engagement over time, meets people where they are, and gives them tools they use in real life.
That is why organisations trust her to represent their care for their people, quarter after quarter.

Tell us about your organisation, your team, and your goals. We will then follow up with you to shape a programme that fits your workplace, goals and employees based on our conversation.
Before we begin, we run a pre-series organisational survey to understand where your team stands. We agree on the sessions, schedule, and delivery method that best suits you, virtual or in person.
Marcia delivers the quarterly sessions, your team gets structured follow-ups and trackers between them, and you receive quarterly HR debriefs and a post-series impact survey that shows the change.
A judgement-free, engaging experience your people will actually enjoy

100% Judgement-Free Space
You are introducing financial wellness for the first time and want to start small (the Awareness Workshop is the better entry point)
You want a single hands-on session rather than an ongoing programme (the Applied Workshop is built for that)
You are looking for regulated financial advice or bookkeeping (this workshop is group financial education, not financial advice or accounting services). If individual support is what someone needs, one to one coaching is available separately through A Purpose Life.
Thank you for reminding me that I must always be financially aware and and that every decision we make must be flexible enough to build budgeting barriers between my wants and needs.
Ms. Armstrong’s presentation was excellent, easy to follow and extremely practical. She is a great asset to Barbados. Even though she was fully aware that she was presenting to persons with disabilities, unlike other persons, she treated us like equals and did not judge or discriminate in any way. I hope that we can form a relationship with her and she can return soon.
The financial wellness session facilitated by Marcia for our team members in Operations and Administration was both timely and impactful. It created a safe, practical space for employees to engage in meaningful conversations about money and personal financial decision-making—topics that are often overlooked. I observed increased awareness and openness around financial wellbeing, with employees better equipped to think more holistically about how financial stress that can actually affect focus, performance, and overall wellbeing. Marcia’s approach was down to earth, practical, relatable, and engaging, which contributed significantly to the strong connection with partcipants. I would encourage organisations to view financial wellness training not as a "nice to have," but as an investment in their people!
Upon hearing that we were having a session on finance I thought that I would not be interested. However I was pleasantly surprised that Ms. Armstrong was able to capture my attention with her knowledge about managing finances and the presentation was very interesting. I have even started to implement some of her suggestions.
The presentation on financial planning was informative and provided a lot of food for thought. She gave a lot of ideas and solutions on how to improve the management of funds as it relates to personal and organisational finances. She was real and to the point and she provided real life examples.
Our team at Western Wholesale Inc and Atlantic Marketing Co Ltd had the pleasure of participating in a financial wellness training session facilitated by Marcia. The session was insightful, engaging, and provided practical strategies that our employees could immediately apply to their personal finances. Marcia’s approach made complex financial concepts easy to understand, and our team walked away feeling more confident about budgeting, saving, and planning for the future. We highly recommend her sessions to any organization looking to empower their employees with financial knowledge and tools.
During my tenure as Human Resources Manager at a legal firm, I engaged Ms. Marcia Armstrong of A Purpose Life in 2025 to facilitate a financial wellness seminar for our employees. Marcia is a dynamic and highly engaging professional whose passion for empowering individuals through financial education is immediately evident. Her presentation was impactful, practical, and thought-provoking, delivering financial concepts in a way that was both accessible and relevant to employees at all levels of the organisation. The session generated meaningful discussion and prompted employees to reflect on their financial habits, goals, and long-term wellbeing. The training clearly demonstrated the importance and value of financial wellness programmes for both employees and management. Financial stress is a significant factor affecting performance, focus, and overall wellbeing, and Marcia’s session highlighted how proactive financial education can positively influence productivity, morale, and decision-making in the workplace. Programmes such as this play a critical role in supporting staff wellbeing, strengthening engagement, and reinforcing a positive organisational culture. By investing in financial wellness, organisations signal genuine care for their people beyond the workplace, which in turn builds trust, loyalty, and resilience across teams. I would strongly encourage other organisations to consider offering similar financial wellness training to their employees. Marcia Armstrong brings not only deep financial knowledge, but also authenticity, clarity, and purpose to her work—making her an excellent partner for any organisation committed to holistic employee wellbeing.
Through my many conversations with staff one recurring theme is always money, with many not understanding how to budget, prioritize and manage what money they have. Inviting your company to conduct financial awareness sessions opened the awareness for many staff. It demonstrated simple things they can take responsibility for and do on their own. It told them, I am in control of my money and I choose how to use it. The importance of financial wellness and literacy cannot be underscored. With a majority employee base of young persons (under age35) I felt it was important to enhance their awareness about how they can begin to build wealth, irrespective of where they are at the moment. The financial workshops conducted by you, opened this portal. it provided awareness, shared knowledge and more importantly for those who were ready it provided a launch pad. It was equally beneficial to the older members of staff who are looking ahead and are not always sure how to prepare for retirement. Demystifying finance and making it relatable is part of the role of wellness as I see it. Employees who feel looked after, look after your business. Wellness is a holistic approach, and as the manager for Employee Relations & Wellness, I believe providing employees with the knowledge on how to improve or design a life based on understanding is key. Your workshops did not only provide talk, tools were shared so that persons could use and apply long after the sessions.
It is completely normal to have questions before making an investment in your financial future. We are here to provide the clarity you need to move forward with confidence.
